Product reliability and employee qualification

As an established supplier to the European aerospace industry, STS already knew in the 70s how to manufacture highly reliable components.

As a means of ensuring extremely high product quality, regular courses of training for employees have proven especially valuable. Such courses are conducted at STS in the fields of winding, wiring, soldering and bonding, among others. In addition, the employees responsible in the domains of metrology and insulation technology respectively are kept up to the state of the art.

For the field of aerospace technology it is essential to have employees qualified to the relevant ESA-Standards.

Naturally our staff have the required expertise for our other Business Units (Industry, Medicin, Railway, Renewable Energy).
